Greetings! I’m from Queens, New York, and have spent most of my professional years in the bustling hospitality industry of New York City. In 2004, I made the leap to Pennsylvania, and a few years later, I found myself yearning for a change. Uncertain of my next steps, I explored different avenues until 2019, when my wife and I embarked on a trip to Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, with the idea of investing in property.

Our journey took an unexpected turn when we realized there was a scarcity of English-language videos focusing on real estate investment opportunities in Punta Cana. Determined to fill this void, I reluctantly stepped into the world of YouTube in 2021. Despite initial challenges and doubts, I created my first video to share valuable insights into Punta Cana’s real estate projects. To my surprise, the response was overwhelming.

Since then, I’ve been fortunate to assist numerous families from diverse backgrounds in making informed investments in Punta Cana. My YouTube channel has organically grown, and I am sincerely grateful for the support.
